Located just outside of Lexington, KY, we are a family owned and operated disaster restoration company serving Lexington and surrounding communities. Advantage Services was founded in 2013 focusing on helping people restore their homes after a water or fire loss. Our focus is providing the best possible service and communication for whatever disaster you’ve experienced.

Nate Fish grew up in Gurnee, IL, before moving to Kentucky in 2006. He began his career in the restoration business at a local ServiceMaster Restoration Franchise, responsible for the Louisville and Lexington markets. Nate opened Advantage Services after he saw the restrictions put upon franchisees and the lack of focus on the real customer – you, the homeowner.

Advantage Services now has 3 generations of family members working within the company with 20 years of experience and 50 years of combined experience in the industry.
